📌 1. General Provisions

6.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 General Rules for Using Promotions

• Each promotion may be claimed only once, unless stated otherwise.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time, unless kx817 explicitly permits it.
• If any bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the relevant bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• kx817 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on kx817:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• kx817 reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being offered.
• If an event or game is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with kx817's rules.
• The maximum payout is set separately for each game or market.

7.1 Sports Betting

When placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, compliance with the applicable market rules is mandatory. The deadline for accepting bets depends on the specific event. kx817 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet.

7.2 Casino Games

kx817 Casino features slots, live casino, fishing games, and other categories. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game loads. Fair play is ensured through the use of a Random Number Generator (RNG).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kx817:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abuse of the bonus system or fraud.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinating bets with other users (matched betting or sure-betting).
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and funds held in the account may be forfeited.

kx817 may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Court order or legal obligation.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Please complete any valid pending withdrawals before closing your account.

As part of responsible gaming, you may apply for self-exclusion to voluntarily take a temporary or extended break.
